A bit about Choose to Change
Choose to change is a Personal Training business that is set up to help anyone make the changes that they want to see in their lives, especially with their physical activity and exercise. It doesn’t matter if you’ve never trained before or if you train every day, we are here to bring you closer to the changes that you want to see.
The benefits of being active are widely known; improved mood, reduced risk of illness and disease, reduction in mental health associated factors, better sleep, and improved social well-being to list a few. Despite the long list of benefits it doesn’t even begin to capture the true joy and beauty that being active and achieving things you never thought possible can bring to your life. Anyone who has done something difficult knows this feeling.
However, a lot of us can’t find something that works. For no fault of your own, you may not have the knowledge of how to train efficiently or the motivation to maintain your program. That is why I’m here to guide you with all the information you need and to empower you with the resilience to be more active and to make it last. I love being able to help people but the choice is in your hands. I can help you identify what changes you want to make, build a bespoke plan to achieve them, and walk you through and encourage you along each exercise, but at the end of the day, you need to Choose to Change.
