All appointments are booked and paid in advance, via our online booking system.
We operate a 24hr cancellation period and any cancellations out with this time period are NON REFUNDABLE. We are more than happy to re-arrange an appointment for you.
All appointment bookings are NON TRANSFERABLE.
When booking a monthly package, the sessions are only redeemable within the month of booking. Any left over sessions will be non redeemable and are non refundable and non transferable unless in exceptional circumstances which will be a the discretion of Choose to Change Personal Trainers.
